The Assessment Centre is part of our Post Sixteen Recruitment Workshops which are designed to increase students awareness and understanding of what employers are looking for from potential candidates.
On the day they will meet a number of business guests who will help them to deal with the dynamics of being thrown together with people that they don’t know and then being asked to develop a working relationship that results in good work.
Assessment Centres are a very challenging reality of modern recruitment and this is a rare opportunity to gain first hand experience of how to excel in them.
